BRUCE ADAMS

 
I have been a REALTORŪ for over 9 years working in the Lake of the Ozarks area and Kansas City markets. In addition to residential sales, I specialize in selling commercial real estate and businesses. I also have experience as a property developer and business owner with a total of over 30 years experience in sales. I have an MBA degree from Southern Illinois University. My in-depth knowledge of computer and internet technology enables me to sharpen our edge in marketing our listings and finding properties for buyers.
 

 

JAN ADAMS

 

 

 

Jan has over 36 continuous years as a professional residential REALTORŪ including; a business owner of two companies and as Associate Broker with two other major Real Estate Companies. Jan has an in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in residential real estate and property sales and is an expert in home sales and the home buying process, and bringing the transaction to the closing table. She also has a detailed knowledge of home building, including construction standards and design/livability functions.

 

 RON BACON

 

 

 

 Ron is a seasoned veteran of real estate at the Lake of the Ozarks and has been in business in the area for over 30 years. Ron was formerly Broker/Owner of Ron Bacon Realty prior to transferring the office and brokerage to Jan and Bruce Adams. Ron continues as Broker Sales Associate with his vast knowledge and rich experience of the lake area and lake properties.

 
 

MELAINE BOHNING

 

 

 

As Administrative Assistant Melaine performs office management, administrative functions that keep processes and paperwork flowing smoothly. In addition, Melaine coordinates all of the details for Listing & Closing activities, insuring that listing information is complete, accurate, current and showings are properly scheduled. Melaine provides , scheduling and Marketing support for the company. With over 14 years of experience in Real Estate, she provides the back office support needed to insure smooth, accurate and timely closings. In addition, she makes sure our marketing processes are up to date and effective, keeping us in constant touch with clients, buyers and the market. Melaine holds a Missouri Real Estate license.
